Civic Leadership Institutes: Who Does What

Building Partnerships provides a comprehensive curriculum for the Civic Leadership Institute, a road-map for rolling it out to local grassroots leaders, and extensive, hands-on support in customizing the CLI to local needs.

The local rollout of a CLI is sponsored by an organization that is positioned to bring diverse groups to the table, and committed to serving as the catalyst for the growth of a regional progressive movement.

While Building Partnerships provides an outline of key topics to be covered during the CLI, the content of training sessions is based on research and analysis of local history, economic trends and organizing experiences.

Throughout the launch process, Building Partnership will assist local sponsors with strategic planning, outreach and course customization to ensure the CLI meets the needs of sponsoring organizations.
