Mission Statement

Building Partnerships USA seeks to increase civic engagement to strengthen democracy and advance social and economic justice. Growing out of the learning experiences of two California-based organizations--SCOPE and Working Partnerships USA--BP serves as a technical assistance provider, capacity builder and resource network of regionally-based social change organizations that combine research, policy analysis, organizing and advocacy.

Our staff is based in San Jose, California.
