Building Partnerships was co-founded by Strategic Concepts in Organizing & Policy Education (SCOPE) in Los Angeles, and Working Partnerships in San Jose.

Both organizations have extensive experience in working to develop leadership networks and campaigns based on the needs of their labor and community allies.
