We are a social change organization that focuses on supporting the needs of base-building coalitions across the country. Our approach is to strengthen the social infrastructure of the progressive movement by building upon or creating key capacities among existing labor and community coalition partners. We provide technical support in building capacity, primarily by customizing our core civic education program for local leaders - the Civic Leadership Institute (CLI) - in the following areas:

1) Power Analysis;

2) Strategic Planning;

3) Sharing Research Needs;

4) Creating More Opportunities to Organize Across Constituencies.
